I would pay the same for a 2 yr old Leucistic as I would for a 5 yr old. Personally, I would never pay more than $100 for any Leucistic TX Ratsnake. I have a pair of 4.5 ft Leucistic TX Rats, I paid less than $100 for BOTH of them 6 months ago.
Market value on Leucistics when down the tubes a while back.

:I have been searching for a Luecistic Texas Ratsnake and have found one in my area at a Pet Store...which I am told is about five years old (the snake is six feet long). My question for those who have experience with Rat Snakes is this something I should walk away from and are there special things to look for with a snake this age. The snake appears healthy...eyes...skin...etc. I have searched and can't find a marketvalue for a snake this age. Any information will be deeply appreciated and feel free to email/contact me. Thank you for reading this.
