Russian Rat info?

I just made a semi-spontaneous purchase by buying a yearling Russian Ratsnake. I don't really have alot of specific info on their care and maintenance so I was hoping someone here could fill me in. I am not completely unprepared (I've got plenty of room in the Snake rack next to my Milks), I've just never kept Elaphe before and I would love some species-specific insights from someone familiar with them. Also, is there any way to predict their adult coloration by their juvenile patterning? Thanks a million!
