In that case, it would be the breeder breaking the law. You will not see any breeders taking eastern indigos outside of their home state to sell them.
We know better.
You need to do one of 2 things:
1- find a breeder in state (there aren't any that I know of)
2- get a permit for interstate commerce.
check laws for LA also...there could be a state law, as eastern indigos were native to parts of SE Louisiana years ago.
if all else fails...go for another sub of Drymarchon
