The morning after witnessing the first copulation of this season between one of my pairs of Eastern Indigos, I noticed a pea-sized gelatin-like object, lime green in color in the cage with the female. Oddly enough, I just put my second female in with a different male (no copulation noticed) however AGAIN I noticed one of these pea-sized lime green objects in the cage. I'm stumped here...any ideas from other breeders? Possibly part of a "plug" from the male, or maybe an undeveloped ovum ?
