: I now see the advantage to having a picky eater (I have posted 3 or 4 worried "not eating" messages since I got my little hog in March) Every time the little guy DOES eat, it is an occasion for celebration--- this really increases the number of parties you get to have every year. Seriously though, if one can remain unstressed about eating, these are great little snakes. You just have to be really aware of the physiological goings on with these guys. (Last time my hog stopped eating-I, as usual, went to pieces-- then the litlle guy clouded up 3 days later-- he shed out a gorgeous almost light green and red)
