If it is true, then it's confined to the southwestern US alone. As far as you calling me naive Amy(naieve!!), I am an active animal rights supporter (1987 wolf protests, vancouver, earthfirst,spotted owl protests, old growth protests save the wolf foundation etc.) I know what is going on in the Northwest.(yuppies are good for something, particularily funding such things) I can say with certainty I have never heard of these dump sites in the NW, but I asked my mother (another animal rights activist) she says she had once heard of animal dump sites in mexico once but thats it. My husband who lived in the southeast quite a while says he never heard of them either, I hope they are rare. Don't call me naive Amy, it's not a good way to make friends. (i.e: to help get rid of the dump sites)
