I understand what you're trying to get at here. You are trying to calculate the expected value, or mean, which is the product of the probability and the number of occurances. What confused me was your inclusion of the percentage sign above, indicating that the production of an albino was a certainty in a 4 egg clutch.
Yes, the expected number of albinos from a 4 egg, het-het clutch is 0.25 * 4 = 1
