If you don't want to live with snakes in your yard, you have to remove whatever it is that is attracting them there in the first place and they will leave.

So clear the Poison Ivy and Kudzu and keep the area open so that snakes can't hide there and there isn't anything for them to eat there.

Having someone come out and catch snakes will do absolutely no good. It is extremely unlikely that they could find any significant proportion of the snakes present and if they don't remove whatever it is that attracted the snakes in the first place, other snakes will move in to replace them.

So there are two solutions -
1. have them clear the area so snakes don't want to live there
2. tell them to adapt to living with snakes in the yard. People all over the US and world do this everyday. It isn't a big deal. I wouldn't worry about canebrakes in the yard. Copperheads, maybe, but Canebrakes aren't nearly as big a threat.
