::At your age, the first thing you need is the permission of your parents. Before they grant that, they ought to be up to speed on what the legal requirements in your area are, what the husbandry requirements are, and what the snake is capable of doing to you or anyone else who has an accident with the snake.
They also need to be certain that antivenin is available locally, & if not, see to it that you own your own BEFORE you acquire the snake. I say you need their permission & input because you are still their legal responsibility. I do not recommend that anyone who is not of an age that they can enter into a contract legally own a venomous snake.
