If it is actually in the mouth (little black things concentrated around the opening to the jacobson's organ in the roof of the mouth there is a good chance it could be lung flukes that have come up and are ready to be passed. But as mentioned, I'm merely giving a suggestion, consult someone more knowledgeable before acting on any advice.
