mouth parasites

i noticed tiny black parasites in the mouth of my male a. hispida, does anyone know what these are and how to treat them? the closest hot vet. is 2 1/2 hours away but i can order medicine from a local vet. who is willing to help. any help anyone could give would be very much appreciated.
