My mali, Kaia, has never shed in the four months that I have had her, and finally she has started to in the last couple of weeks. The only problem is that it's not really working. The skin of her back is becoming hard. One piece on her side became hard, eventually peeled off and left a long white scar. Her legs are shedding okay, but very slowly. What can I do to help her? I don't want her whole back to become scarred becaue of the weird way she is shedding. The picture doesn't really show to much but maybe you can get the idea from it.
