Do you know if it was the corporation who took them to court, or was it the individual who sued them. I want to do everything I can, which isn't much because I'm just a homeschooled 14 year old with no job, and who happens to own most of the lizards and snakes there, and knows what to do. I left one thing out, they have baby savannas in with niles. I figure in a few months or so they wont have any that are alive.

Thanks.

:I don't remember who it was here at the forum who ran into a similar situation, but they made the appropriate phone calls and the pet store owner, after being given a chance to change things, ended up going to court and getting sited. It doesn't hurt to take notes (time, conversations and with whom, conditions, etc) before calling the authorities. Worst case scenario is that they check it out and feel it's not that bad. It's their job to check out those things. I say, do what you can. Sounds like it's not the chain's practice, therefore, the CEO may also be behind you on this.
:Good luck
:Jim
