UK regulation on keeping snakes

Hello,
Would anybody be so kind and tell me what regulation (if any) exist in Great Britain (in England) on keeping non-poisonous, non-CITES snakes, such as kingsnakes and ratsnakes. (I might move to England for couple of years.)
