:I think if you had your house sprayed, you would eliminate the geckos' food source and consequently the geckos themselves, but this wouldn't be the "harmless" alternative you're seeking. There's no real harm in having them around, but their poop on your walls is sometimes an annoyance.

Hey Chris - your house geckos must be larger than mine because the "poop" is barely noticably except for those of us actually looking for house gecko activity. The poop around here looks like a small speck of dark dirt with a small whitish dot (urates). Not that noticably - maybe your are monster-size...lol
My offer still stands, if anybody wants to get rid of their med, geckos, send them to me.
