Where exactly do you get a non-game collection permit? I called Academy and Oshmans last year trying to aquire one. I was told I would not need one until I hit 17, but then heard you need one from 16 from a "friend" that works at the San Antonio Zoo. I would just like to be sure and get one anyway, so where exactly can I get one? Thanks for helping! Andy
