I am 15 years old. This summer, my family and I are going to take a trip to West Texas to go herping. My 17 year old cousin will also be going with us. I have never been herping before. My parents were wondering if I could find some kind of guide or experienced herper who could show us around the area and take me and my cousin out for late-night herping. I would like someone who is very experienced and would help us a whole lot. Also I'm looking for information on what to take with us when we go out. I also want to know where the best places to go are. My cousin and I would be the only ones going herping. My parents may even pay a small fee for someone to guide me and my cousin. But I would think getting to herp would be a reward in itself. Thanks a lot.
