where in cen. tx? just wondering. anyway theres been rain all over tx so that should help some. you might want to just grab the turtles if you have ever done this, put them in a rubbermaid container, and transport them to a reliale water source. if this doesn't work, you can often lure turtles in by dropping bread or other food into the water near the shore, and you could scoop them up w/ a net. make sure to wear glasses as i have found that turtles run from movement and if they can see you looking at them. need more another idea, i might have like if you need a true trap w/ bait, i think i know how to make one. just e-mail for instuctions.
