No no no to question 2 and 3. I wouldn't be surprised if someone here on the forum offers to take them for you. If not. There are a number of turtle shelters that will take your turtles and post them for adoption. I'm sure one of the shelters will contact you in response to your post.
As for question 1, I have no idea how much semen a turtle produces. That forearm wiggling thing, is turtle courtship.
