My WTFs will eat from tweezers if I dangle a can-o-crickett on front of it's face. I have to put the frog on front of them though so they can see it. My frogs only eat moving stuff. I dont know if their vision is like a T-Rex. Only see moving stuff, or if they only eat live foods.
Reason why is cuz when I buy live cricketts, a couple might die, and even though the crickett cage is in the middle of a bucket-o-water.... the ants swim accross it and invade the crickett farm. So hopefully I try to get crix which won't die. The last couple days I have been using can-o-crix, and I give one a piece to each frog dipped in herptivite.
:I'd like to get 1/2 White's tree frogs, but crickets (and roaches!) are banned in my house. Is it feasible to raise WTFs on any other foods? I hear they tend to refuse earthworms, but I'd like to hear from anyone else who has had success with WTFs without feeding crickets.
