WTF without crix?

I'd like to get 1/2 White's tree frogs, but crickets (and roaches!) are banned in my house. Is it feasible to raise WTFs on any other foods? I hear they tend to refuse earthworms, but I'd like to hear from anyone else who has had success with WTFs without feeding crickets.
