No need to get in an uproar, Whitney, I am well aware of who mentioned Red Leg and I never attributed it to you. Youy may want to read the thread again. Also, I said this bump is not something associated with Red Leg. I did not say there is no danger of Red Leg for this frog. I did say Red Leg would be an unrelated issue. I stand by that.

When I give my opinion it is based on the description in the post. Naturally. Which is why I often reiterate, "Based on your description..." I not only pass on mind-reading exercises in general but also this writer was quite articulate and I judged that he/she was able to describe what he saw. So I stand by that too.

Lastly, if you think it's harmless for an unacclimated frog to be seen by a vet who is untried and untested, you have some sad days in store. Ask Becki.
