Hey! i have been reading this forum for quite awhile and am in love with tortoises! I want one tremendously. I've got some money saved. I was wanted all your feedback on a tortoise that would suit my needs. I want a fairly low cost tortoise who can stay outside most of the year (i live in louisvile, kentucky) Really anything other than that is a bonus! Thanks
