My suggestion... don't do anything. Just be patient. I firmly believe that the female provides the que for the male to respond (sounds familiar?) and will not provide the que unless conditions are perfect. Keep in mind there are personal differences. Considering that the male is breeding one female you can assume that conditions are right.
You might try removing the female that is being bred but then you run the risk of that one not breeding again. As with any relationship... if you meddle you run the chance of screwing things up. That's why I always suggest to let nature take it's course.
