Hi,
I just recd 2 subadult red foots that were just shipped Fri. I put them in their set up (cypress mulch, uv, basking, water dish, proper temps etc) and the female is outgoing and ate right away but the male has barely come out of his shell although I think he ate some. I realize they need to acclimate but I am worried that he is so scared/shy (?) or whatever. Neither appear to have resp problems and seem in good shape. Even in a water soak the male just stayed tightly in his shell. Any suggestions? Thanks.
