Wow! you do have your hands full! I get a liquid for of Panacure from my vet. What I found was if I turn my greeks so that I am holding them as if they were on their backs they stick their heads out. Then I grab the head with 2 fingures on either side and making sure to not get my fat fingures around the throat. Then I upright them. I only get 1 shot with this trick before they are on to me. Sorry I don't have any other words of advice.
