Medicating Tortoises

I think there are 15 of them and i have someone that can do the dosing and administer the meds its just that I cant get their heads out. I could use the paste form and put it on their food but It would be hard to separate them. I mean would that work? What about the other med that only comes in a liquid?? Any help is appreciated.
