Questions about Yellow Footed Tortoise

I have a female Yellow footed that is about 12 inches long. How much do they eat a day as a rule? What makes the best substrate for easy cleaning? I am currently using reptibark. Is there something that would help the shine and natural beauty of their shell? All info concerning Yellow footed tortoises would be greatly appreciated, I am open for advice of all kinds. Thanks
