Star Tortoise, Diet Info Needed!!!

I am considering getting a 4 year old star tortoise and I am wondering what kind of diets they have. I have kept and bred Sulcatas for years and am not sure if the diet of a Star tortoise is similar to the Sulcata. What types of grasses do they prefer? What percentage should be grasses rather than vegetable matter? I have also heard that on occasion star tortoise eat insects. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
