I got alfalfa and timothy cubes to try ($3.70 a pop for a small
bag, if he LIKES it and it works long term we're gonna look for
the feed store to order it! - got my trial ones at the pet shop).
Stuff is harder than I thought so I wet it to cut it up/tear
it up. I'm gonna try for a while to mix a bit in, he was trying
to avoid it I could tell, and pick out the Mazuri, he was not
really thrilled with it, so I don't know, he's tough.
At least this way is much easier than the mess of trying to
cut up hay and mix it in. Thanks for the idea, let's see
how it goes.
