I think I got it figured out! I have the door open most of the day and it's mid to low 70s out here. When the doors open it cools the cage down so what I'm going to do is turn the secound light on only when the door is open. And besides when the door is open they can always come out here where it's much cooler, so they do have the choice of 75 or lower, they always have.
