I have heard that there a few types of Red tegus some of which grow to be larger, Is this true?. I have been told it does not matter what kind of red you have they will all grow to be the same size. I have had a Red for 2 1/2 years now, started at 13 inches and now is 38 inches and about 5 lbs. I feed the tegu often every other day ect. the tegu is also a female. I just thought she would have been bigger by now or would this be the appropriate size for a certain type or even bloodline of tegu?. Thanks Bryan
