It is official I will be picking up my T. merianae on Sunday. He's a big frendly adult male (although I guess that goes without saying as I had said "he's a big"). I first started keeping reptiles with a nasty gold tegu (excluding the anoles) and since his passing in '97 I have kept mainly boas (also a couple of chams and a JCP), so I am quite excited to get another Tegu. I'll post a few dozen pics next week.
