160 watt floods. With the Tegus I use them at a distance of about 15 inches to get the heat required. I have had a couple of them burn out or refuse to light but ZooMed's warranty is for a year. I send the bulbs back and they send a replacement. Over all I'm very happy with their performance. With rescue iguanas that are suffering from MBD they are very usefull and speed recovery and they also work well in freeroaming situations.
