That is the sole issue. The taxonomy is not the debate but rather the fact that he doctored a figure but didn't make this clear (or even mentioned) in his post. He claims that it is a trivial issue but it is not. Paricularly since one of his 'names' (for the ceram adder) did not even exist at the time the article. Therefore, how could it reinforce his taxonomy?!!
