My Cal King has bitten me twice in about 3 years, and there is alot more on that in the Kingsnake and Milksnake forum. I'd have to say the Grey Band is the most docile of the Kings, but they can be problem feeders. If you get one and want to avoid headaches, make sure it's feeding on pinkies (or mice for an older one); preferably pinkies that don't have to be soaked in lizard juice.
