Do any of you other "field junkies" exhibit this type of herping withdrawal symptoms during the off-season? Could this be tied in with the fact that I make it a point to re-read "Snakes and Snake Hunting" and "In Search of Reptiles and Amphibians" every winter to help get me through till spring?

i get basically the same dreams. dreams of finding great beautiful snakes. i have these dreams i believe because i can never actually find any other than at glades herp! i cant ever find a single snake!
