Speaking of recurring dreams...

Ever since I got into this hobby/disease, some 35 years ago, I have had dreams about snake hunting all winter long, usually at least every two weeks or so. Most often, they involve fantastic, but very reallistic, finds of large numbers of highly prized snakes. Do any of you other "field junkies" exhibit this type of herping withdrawal symptoms during the off-season? Could this be tied in with the fact that I make it a point to re-read "Snakes and Snake Hunting" and "In Search of Reptiles and Amphibians" every winter to help get me through till spring?
