How can i give calcium supplements to my softies?

My RES and pignoseds (very easy to raise if you keep them separated!)eat cuttlebone but my softies and snake neck dont eat, so how can i give calcium supplements to them?Does the regular turtle pellets have enough calcium?I dont think so, because although i raise my turtles outdoors my snake neck is not growing as it should grow.
