Try feeding hard boiled egg whites. If they eat them try feeding them egg whites with a small amount of the shell on.
OR
get some calcium carbonate or calcium gluconate at a drug store (sold as pills for human consumption) and put these in the water (way cheaper than reptile calcium supplements)
OR
try feeding whole fish (dead or alive) the bones are great source of calcium
OR
stuff feeder fish (dead) with chunks of calcium pills
OR
raise earthworms in a calcium-rich soil (you add the calcium, just grind up the pills from above) and feed the worms to the turtles
OR
feed some shell fish (cooked) with shells intact
these are some ideas there are other ways too
also
avoid egg shell or shell fish shells with small turtles...they can choke!
