I have weird SoftShell turtle.

I found it today in my pond, the thing is I live in Seattle, WA and I dont think they live here.

Its green with an orange bottom and has a regular SoftShell turtle features.

I already have a Alligator Snapping Turtle that I caught in a lake here and I am wondering if alot of turtles were dumped here.
