Bacterial Infection In Spiny

I took my softie to the vet cause he had small bumps all over his back and a red rash under his belly. He has a bacterial infection primarily from Pseudomonas aeruginosa. I've been giving him meds from the vet but I guess it is very resistant to antibiotics. Anyone have any other suggestions for treatment?? Anyone ever had a turtle with this?? He is in a small quarentine tank and I change the water at least 3 times a day or more to keep good water quality. I'm not sure what else to do. Thanks for any suggestions.
