Hey Shawn,

I have feed mysoftshells on commercial turtle pellets (they learn quickly to come to my hand for food), frozen blood worms, and live black worms. I also feed mine every other day, and remove them from their tanks to feed (cuts down on the waste load for the filter, its also easier to monitor how much and who is eating)
