What to feed young softshell

I just purchased two young florida softshells. I was just wondering what people have feed their young ones to get them going. i currently have tried brine shrimp and beef heart which neither seem very interested in. i plan on trying some feeder goldfish today to see if they will go for those. Any help would be appreciated.
