The way the bill is writen, the CA Fish & Game Dept could make any animals they wish restricted. Even domestic dogs and cats that they feel are a danger to wildlife in the state. Its obviously another animal rights 'no pets' bill trying to pass itsself off as an 'endangered species protection' bill..Don't let this bill pass or there will not be near enough rescue groups and shelters to handle the massive ammount of 'suddenly illegal pets' that will be dumped on them, meaning many, many animals would be euthinized due to the passing of AB409.
