"Pig Tail"?

I need help asap today if anyone knows the answer to this.
I have 4 healthy alligator snappers at home. About 4" shells.

I have a source for getting a few more, but she said she has "pigtail" alligator snappers.
She says they are not as good of swimmers and aren't eating real well right now.
I wouldn't mind giving it a try, I have no idea what she means by "pigtail"
anybody?
