:This is a photo of a yearling alligator snapper sitting on the edge of the first wood-framed pond I built. This same 4'X4'X20" (deep) pond now houses my adult male for the winter. These ponds are super easy to build out of scrap plywood and 2X4's or 2X8's etc.
