I filled the pond back up to the brim. The hose was going full blast and it didn't take very long to fill up. I just left it dripping into the pond at what I hope is close to the rate its leaking out at. Tonight is the coldest night we'll have for a while (37). Its going to be in the 40's or higher every other night this week.
On a side note, the fiberglass tank people I mentioned in previous posts will take 3 months to build a tank so I'm going to get a green 350 gallon model stock tank in about a week. The company is called "high country plastics" if you guys want to track down a non-black or gray stock tank. It has a 5 year warranty and also comes in blue. Its also only $158 at my local milk co-op (Southeast Milk). By way of comparison, Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse said that the smaller (300 gallon) Rubbermaid model was going to be $254.
