Question about the pics

I was told that the pic of the single turtle above showed the same turtle as the one on the left in the pic of the pair. I know that some other photos that I received were mislabeled. Do you guys think that the turtle shown by himself has scutes that are as prominent as the one on the left in the picture of the pair? The one on the crate looks flatter to me. Because the turtle on the crate is wet it throws off color comparisons also. I'm pretty certain that the one on the left in the photo of the pair is the one I have. I'm less sure about the one on the crate being my turtle.
