I hope she knew you were kidding. Once back in the days when I kept large constrictors, about 15 years ago, I decided to have a little fun with one of my co-workers when she asked me what I fed them. I told her that I fed them the "free to good home" kittens listed in the paper. Only I even went one step farther and told her that the snakes were really turned on to feeding if I petted the kittens till they started to purr before throwing them in the cages. This gal started crying before I could even say I was just kidding. Even after I apologized to her she was very upset, as were others in the office. Needless to say that my attempt at humor was not funny and I did learn from that experience. I learned that if you are feeding little kittens to your animals - keep it to yourself.....JUST KIDDING!!
